Bringing in 2014

With nothing planned to bring in the new year, I'm thinking I may just ... read through the evening, clean the house, go for a midnight run if I can dress warm enough, search out adventure, construct a puzzle, fly across every time zone, run down a hedgehog, lean on a midget, hijack a clown car, arm bar a squirrel, ask for a gift at a gift shop, give a dog, my dog, a bone, drive through a McDonald's drive through and give them a bag of something from Burger King, get something framed, stand on an overpass with a sign that reads For Rent, duct tape something, spend some time in prayer, contemplate the meaning of life in Christ, but then what? Machinations.

Happy New Year! Be responsible.

  1. Happy New Year!! ... I'm from South Africa and just watched an episode with your story on Investigation Discovery, it's the first time I've watched a case that actually really encouraged me in my walk with God... To God be the glory, what happened to you was so painful, but God was doing something bigger. I truly thank God for you, your experiences and who it's all made you to become. May you continue being the mouthpiece of God!

  3. Dear Josh, i just saw your story on TLC. I cried when they showed the moment you got out of prison. I am amazed by your ability to move forwards and stay so positive. I believe you are a great man. Keep doing what you're doing. You're an inspiration to many. I wish you all the best. You deserve it!

  7. Hi Josh. I've just watched your story on Investigation Discovery. I know it wasn't 27 years in prison (but 16 years is as long I'm sure) but you have the greatness of my hero - Nelson Mandela. Your humility. Your forgiveness. May your life be joyous, exciting, enriching, beautiful and all you wish it to be. And may 2016 be your greatest year yet.
