Happy New Year!

2010 is about to be past, 2011 is almost here. May the present see you brighter. May the coming season bring you cheer. Happy New Year!

2010 brought beauty, tragedy, questions, answers, transition, victory, endurance, humility, restoration, healing, new beginnings and dreams. Change is in the air though and I'm excited. In Christ, 2011 will be full of life and eternal life, mercy and grace, sacrifice, timing, abiding and success.
"For I know the thoughts and plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:11-13
May your new year see you entering the best year, to date, of your life.

Be

Most of us have 1,000 wishes for Christmas, while the sick and afflicted often have one ~ to get better. In honor of those who've died, suffered, survived and are still fighting, pray and ~ be the healing voice, be the healing hand, be the healing touch ~ be the answered prayer. Open your eyes. Open your ears. Open your hearts. Open your doors. Be Christians. Love them like Jesus.

Prayer Request for Jane Williams' Eyes, Part 3

Prayer request update.

The surgery went well. The doctor doesn't know how long it will take for Jane's vision to come, or if it will, but the surgery went as well as it could and her retina is reattached.

One side note, perhaps the most important note. Leading up to the surgery, Jane had been praying for the Lord's presence through the surgery. Since Jane was going to be awake and conscience through the surgery, she asked the Lord to make His presence known to her.

Isaiah 26:3

Well, prior to her entering the surgical room, while she was being prepared and while she was still praying, an assistant to the doctor that would be doing the procedure came into the room Jane was in and introduced himself.

"I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Lord." Literally! That happened!

The doctor's assistant's name was actually Dr. Lord! The Lord's assistant [the doctor's] assistant's name was Dr. Lord. Are you following?....LOL!!! Praise His name!!! The Lord was all over the place in Jane's surgery and made His presence known to her. He's awesome. "The Lord" Jesus is the Great Physician!

JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Excuse me for being excited, but this testimony is awesome! No! Don't excuse me! Just get excited with me! ~ and praise Him!

In Christ, Josh
